Meet our Team

Sergio Di Leo, born in Bisceglie (south Italy) started his studies in the “Istituto Alberghiero” to get his degree for hotel and catering.

As soon as he started working in restaurants it became obvious he was born to run a restaurant with the skill and passion he had, working in a lot of places in all over the country.

In 2016 he moved to Belgium where he got a job in the restaurant “La Bussola” as a chef where he worked his way up and eventually took the restaurant.
